Welcome to Hibernia Station Coffee & Tea, your destination for excellent coffee. We are located in the friendly town of Holts Summit, Missouri.
Our name pays homage to the train depot that once resided in this town. Hibernia Station Coffee & Tea was built to bring people together, just as that old train depot did in days of the past.
Please stop in or drive through - we are here to serve our community with a smile.

We are excited to offer specialty products with quality and community in mind. We have partnered with other small businesses who, like us, believe in offering unique, top quality items.
Our coffee is roasted locally to bring you fresh, vibrant flavors grown from many regions of the world. We also have a wide variety of breakfast sandwiches, featuring ingredients such as applewood smoked bacon, soft hearty biscuits, large sausage patties, and thick sliced cured ham. If you prefer something sweet, we offer several bakery items as well: moist scones, muffins, and freshly baked cookies. Our oatmeal is brought to us from a small company creating unique flavors with many natural ingredients. We will be adding a lunch sandwich line in the near future as well, so stay tuned!
